Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry the meanings defined below:
- "Platform" — The 999bo website (999bo.lat) and all services, products, and applications under it.
- "User" or "Member" — Any individual who has created or is attempting to create an account on the 999bo platform.
- "Account" — A personal profile registered on the platform through which a member accesses services.
- "Bonus" — Promotional funds, free spins, or any other reward that 999bo provides under specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
- "Valid Currency" — Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT), the only currency used on this platform.
- "Services" — All gaming products available on 999bo, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and color prediction.
In these Terms, singular terms also include the plural and apply to any gender identity.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
999bo's services are open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- Users must register using their real identity.
- The same individual may not open more than one account.
- Individuals for whom online gaming is prohibited under local law may not use this platform.
- 999bo employees or members of their immediate family may not participate in competitive betting.
999bo may request proof of age verification for any account. Failure to provide proof may result in temporary or permanent account closure, and any winnings earned up to that point may be forfeited.
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create a valid account, users must provide accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration is not acceptable.
At the time of account registration or at any time thereafter, 999bo reserves the right to verify the following information:
- Full name as per national ID card or passport
- Date of birth
- Valid contact details (mobile number and email)
- Ownership of the payment method
3.2 Login Security
The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else access to the account is prohibited. If unauthorized use of the account is suspected, the 999bo support team must be notified immediately.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 999bo platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, for each method.
When making a deposit, users must ensure that the payment method is registered in their own name. Depositing using someone else's account is not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit or one that is verified on the account.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made:
- The account must be fully verified.
- Any applicable wagering requirements must be completed.
- If there is an active bonus, its conditions must be fulfilled.
- The account must be active at the time the withdrawal request is being verified.
4.3 Payment Verification
999bo may request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals. This verification process is essential for security and fraud prevention.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own time limit and may apply to specific games.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties.
- 999bo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If strategic low-risk betting aimed at earning bonuses ("bonus abuse") is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless 999bo explicitly permits it.
5.4 VIP Program
The 999bo VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP tier conditions and benefits are determined by 999bo and may be changed as needed.
Betting & Gaming
6.1 Gaming Policy
All games on 999bo are conducted fairly and impartially. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error prevents a bet from being accepted or a result from being determined, the amount of the relevant bet will be refunded.
6.2 Bet Validity
A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully registered on the 999bo server. In the event of an internet disconnection or device issue, the 999bo server record will be considered final.
6.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or bet type. These limits are displayed in the game interface. 999bo may change these limits at any time.
6.4 Sports Betting
The applicable odds are clearly displayed when placing bets in the sports betting section. Once a bet is confirmed, no changes can be made due to odds movement. If an event is cancelled, the relevant bet will be refunded, but no changes will be made to events that have already been completed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bo platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or any other unauthorized technology.
- Hacking or attempting to access another user's account.
- Intentionally exploiting bugs or flaws in the platform's software or systems.
- Placing coordinated or fraudulent bets to earn bonuses.
- Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward other users on the platform.
- Creating an account using a false identity.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.
If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. Where necessary, relevant information may be shared with law enforcement agencies.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable balance will be processed before the account is closed. If the approved conditions of an active bonus have not been met, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by 999bo
999bo may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms.
- If inconsistencies are found in identity or provided information.
- If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- For the purpose of a financial investigation.
- At the direction of a law enforcement agency.
During a suspension, access to the account may be restricted, but the user will be given the opportunity to make contact through the support team.
Responsible Gaming
999bo places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We encourage members to enjoy gaming for entertainment purposes, but we acknowledge that gaming can create problems for some individuals.
Users can manage their gaming using the following tools:

- If loss occurs as a result of the user sharing their account details with someone else.
999bo's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question. Gaming inherently carries financial risk — users participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
Amendments & Changes
999bo reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified through the relevant communication channels of any significant changes, and the last updated date on this page will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request that your account be closed.
